The Challenges and Promise

Market and regulatory conditions are ripe for the exponential growth in distributed energy resources (DERs), and there is an opportunity for these new grid edge assets to be used in a way that will provide benefits for utilities and their customers by increasing the safety and reliability of the grid, displacing the need for infrastructure upgrades or helping to decarbonize the grid.
